| Come join us for a beautiful run along the Blountstown Greenway Bike Path. It's a flat and fast out & back course that takes you along the old M & B Railway through cypress swamps and pine forests. The twelve foot wide asphalt greenway is a dedicated running trail with no worries for traffic. So there's nothing to slow you down. It's the perfect place for a new personal record. Computerized chip timing will ensure that your new PR is accurate and easily accessible in a timely manner. The Catfish Crawl benefits the Blountstown Fire Department Scholarship Fund. With the proceeds, we award a deserving Blountstown High School Senior a full scholarship to a local fire academy. We at BFD encourage healthy living and we believe that starts early. That's why our Kid's One Mile Fun Run is absolutely FREE. Kids can register race day and will receive a finisher's medal. Awards for Overall Male & Female, Overall Male & Female Masters, Grand Masters and Great Grand Masters! Plus awards for age groups 3 deep from 0-9, 10-14 and all the way up to 70 & up!! |

Just see a member of the Gateway KidZone once you arrive on race day! *Childcare provided during the duration of the 5K race and 1 mile fun run only. All children will be checked in and out in a secure manner. Available only to registered Catfish Crawl participants. |
